Rules & Regulations
The rules of Gyan Vigyan Academy for students, parents, and guardians.
- Students must come to the Academy in proper uniform.
- Students are required to maintain full attendance.
- 75% attendance is a must. Students not satisfying it may be barred from appearing in their Final Examination.
- Students who come late will not be allowed to enter the premises of the Academy.
- Students are strictly informed not to bring mobile phone or any such gadgets. If any such gadget is seized, the authority will not be responsible for loss or damage of the same.
- Students are not allowed to leave the Academy without prior permission of the authorities.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited.
- Using any kind of narcotic and alcoholic substances will be considered as an inexcusable offence leading to expulsion from the school.
- For any unruly behaviour and disobedience, the management reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action, including expulsion, to maintain the sanctity of the institution.
- Except bicycles, no vehicles of the students will be allowed inside the campus of the Academy.
- The decision of the Management shall be final and binding on the parents / guardians / students in case of any dispute.
- Parents and Guardians shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Academy.
- No refund of fees of any type shall be granted if a student is removed or if a student discontinues at any time of the session.
- All disputes are subject to Dibrugarh jurisdiction only.
- In matters not covered in the above rules and regulations, the decision of the Management of the Academy will be final and binding to all concerned.
